This website provides advertising space for property owners or their property managers and other agents ("Owner" or "Owners") who wish to advertise their properties for vacation rental ("Property" or "Properties"). Vacationhosts.com, LLC does not own, manage, operate, maintain, or endorse any of the Properties nor does it assume such obligations. Nothing in the Vacationhosts.com, LLC Website shall be construed to be or create a partnership or joint venture between Vacationhosts.com, LLC and any of the Owners. The Owners are responsible for the content and accuracy of the information (including any photographs) about their Properties (collectively, the "Advertisements") and to comply with all federal, state and local laws to legally operate and maintain the Properties as vacation rental properties. Vacationhosts.com, LLC does not confirm or verify the truth, accuracy, and completeness of the Advertisements, including but not limited to the current condition of the Properties and the character of the Owners, nor does it assume such responsibility. You are responsible for and strongly urged to independently verify the contents of the Advertisements directly with each Owner.

Vacationhosts.com, LLC maintains an online automated reservation system ("Reservation System") on the Vacationhosts.com, LLC Website and a live call center ("Call Center") solely as an accommodation to the Owners and you. The Owners are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information disseminated through the Reservation System and Call Center that pertains to the Properties. Some Properties may feature a calendar ("Owner's Calendar") on the Reservation System, showing when that Property is available for rental. Each Owner is solely responsible for timely updating of the Owner's Calendar. Vacationhosts.com, LLC does not verify the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information disseminated through the Reservation System (including but not limited to the Owner's Calendar) and Call Center, nor does it assume such responsibility. You are responsible for and strongly urged to independently verify such information directly with each Owner.

The Vacationhosts.com, LLC Website contains links to other websites and such links are provided solely as an accommodation to you. Vacationhosts.com, LLC does not control or endorse any such website and the information, material, products or services contained on such websites, nor is Vacationhosts.com, LLC associated with the operators of such websites.

You Should Check With Each Owner About Its Policy for Renting the Property.

Each Owner establishes its own policies for rental of its Properties and is responsible for enforcing such policies. Each Owner is responsible for entering into any agreements with you for rental of its Property. Vacationhosts.com, LLC assumes no responsibility for such policies or the enforcement of any agreement entered into between the Owner and you, and any dispute relating to a Property should be directed to the Property's Owner. You are responsible for and strongly urged to contact each Owner to ascertain such policies including but not limited to any policies on checking in and checking out of the Property, cleaning and maintaining hte Property, house rules governing the use of the Property, deposit and return of a security deposit, and a written rental agreement.

Anti-Spamming Policy

Vacationhosts.com, LLC forbids any abuse of its email or inquiry system to send any unsolicited commercial email (commonly referred to as "SPAM") and reserves the right to monitor, filter all inquiries, and to identify and control any such abuse in any way that Vacationhosts.com, LLC considers to be reasonable.
