Kauai Beach Villas occupy 13 acres of gorgeous, beachfront property conveniently located between Lihue and Kapa'a on the southern shore of Kauai. The grounds are beautifully decorated with tropical, native plants and situated between the beach and our own swan lagoon. Enjoy walks on the long, white sand beach...day or night. Guests will also enjoy access to the grounds and facilities of our neighbor, the Radisson Resort.
