Outside, the lush, tropical grounds, feature an ornately tiled 44 x 22 foot swimming pool and hot tub with waterfall spillway that is enclosed by a privacy wall. Inside, extensive use of marble, sandstone, and Brazilian cherry wood floors add scintillating finishing touches to tastefully designed, expansive living areas. There is a speed limit on our lane of 5-10 mph; we have two speed bumps to slow traffic down. If the neighbor’s complain about speeding the security deposit will be forfeited.

Noise on the property needs to be kept to a minimum, especially after 9pm and completely after 10pm or again the deposit will be forfeited.

There is limited parking here for parties and guests, the limit on guests is 8 people or 2 extra cars per home. Our homes are wonderful and our guests invite their friends over to use the pool and facilities, and there is not enough parking. This also creates extra traffic on the lane with people coming and going. We don’t mind a one day party or visit, but everyday of extra cars and guests is abusing the idea of a vacation visit.

The Owner of this propety also offers additional ammenities at an additional charge, the following ammenities are as follows:

-Baby Sitting: $6.00 per hour per child -
$3.00 per additional child.

-House Cleaning:$15.00 per hour with a 3
hour minimum.

-A Cook: $30.00 Per Hour.
