Welcome.. The Treehouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house at the opposite end of the grounds from the Guest House and adjacent to the River House on the same property, River Estate. It overlooks the river and is meticulously maintained and furnished. The house has a spectacular view up the Wainiha Valley and is right next to the pristine river that flows through River Estate. It can comfortably house eight persons. It's central location at River Estate on Kauai's famous North Shore, combined with a manicured garden-of-edenlike grounds and meticulous accommodations, make the Treehouse a very rare and special destination for your family's next Hawaiian vacation experience. As part of three distinct properties, accommodations are available for anyone from romantic honeymooners to large family groups and wedding parties.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, two walk in closets, armoire, ceiling fan, and its own private deck. A large living area serves as the focal point of the house. The full kitchen is well equipped and spacious. All you'll need is included in your stay. The baths each have a tub/shower combo and oversized sinks. Each of the two other bedrooms have a king-size bed, ceiling fan, large walk in closet and armoire and a private deck off each. This is a "family" house where children are most welcome and which can accommodate larger parties as well.
