Welcome to Passion Fruit Beach Cottage!

My colorful and cozy one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is nestled in a large
yard with its own private tropical garden.

Passion Fruit is located just three houses from one of the most beautiful
beaches on the island. In 2001 National Geographic named it one of the most
beautiful beaches in the world!

The beach is totally undeveloped, just miles of undisturbed beauty with the
stunning grandeur of the Ko'olau Mountains hugging the coastline in a spectacular embrace. All this is only a two minute walk from the cottage.

Waimanalo is perfectly situated between Kailua/Lanikai Beach and Makapu Beach
as well as the famous underwater park Hanauma Bay. Within minutes you can
be at any of these well known Beach Parks. All along this coast you can find
ocean activities to suit your taste. In the winter months you can see
migrating whales cruise the coastline. If you feel like joining the crowds the
scenic drive to Waikiki takes less than 30 minutes.

Passion Fruit features a fully equipped kitchen, sunny living room and cool
and romantic bedroom. The overall look is "colorful island style." Guests
repeatedly tell me how much at home they feel here, with the cozy atmosphere
and attention to detail so evident.

A great cottage has to have a great front porch! Here you will find a
spacious partially covered lanai with a table for dining and a comfortable sofa
ideal for reading a book and gazing out at the beautiful mountain views.

In the back there is a private yard lush with tropical plants and banana
trees. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill with another dining area and a
hammock "the ideal way to relax"!. Perfect for star gazing at night or lounging under the endless summer sun. Boogie boards, kid's rafts, snorkel and masks and a lending library are among the details that contribute to this ideal
vacation spot here at the Cottage by the Sea.
