The Beachcomber cottage is located in the heart of Paia town, and is walking distance to the quaint shops and restaurants. This is a unique, little gem, offering the charm of a "beach house", with a sandy beach at the doorstep, and a fresh interior (a remodel was just completed in late 2002). A gate protects your privacy, and eliminates people passing through the property to access the beach. There is parking at the back of the cottage. The cottage is set back from the ocean, with a lovely lawn leading to the edge of the beach. The property is fenced down both sides, with landscaping that includes a variety of tropical plants and trees. There is a large deck on the ocean side of the cottage with outdoor furniture and BBQ. An outdoor shower is perfect when you return from the beach covered in sand.
The interior offers two bedrooms (queen, king), living room, one full bathroom (tub/shower combo), and a large kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove, D/W, microwave). Other amenities include: laundry, telephone with answering machine, barbecue, cable TV/VCR, compact CD stereo, large grassy lawn with a hammock. A second bathroom (toilet, sink and outdoor shower) is located off of the deck.
