The studio Beach Bungalow greets the morning sun filtered by neighboring trees and it plants. It's cool and shaded, trade winds blessed, with lovely mountain views.

Welcome in. The two "sliding glass" doors open onto a wide lanai for indoor-outdoor living and a commanding view above the entry.

The living area features a full-size futon sofa bed.

The nautical theme starts with colorful dolphins dancing on your front lanai.

The kitchen is super clean and compact. But don't let looks fool you. The mini-kitchen has everything except an oven.

There's a microwave oven, toaster oven, two- burner cooktop, coffee maker, rice cooker and mini-fridge with a separate freezer compartment -- plus there's dinnerware, cookware, flatware and cutlery.

Another Island essential you'll find in good supply is a canister of Diamond G California Calrose Rice. It's the Islands' favorite and it cooks to perfection in the electric rice cooker warmer.

The kitchen drawers are stocked with placemats, chopsticks, silverware, a can opener, potato peeler, pizza cutter. Gee, did we forget anything?

Don't settle for anything less. The Beach Bungalow comes with a generous sampling of 100% Kona Coffee from the Big Island of Hawaii.

The California king size bed is a
Sears "Maxipedic" with a special foam pad for extra comfort. Theres also there is phere's "full size" futon sofa bed in the living area

Seashells and glass balls adorn the headboard. Years ago, glass balls washed up on Kailua beach all the time. Not so any more.

The closet is well appointed with drawers, clothes hamper and organizer.

Dive right in! The bathroom is decorated with a deep sea critters shower curtain.

The Beach Bungalow has a full bath with tub and shower.

Don't look for any little bottles of shampoo or conditioner. Help yourself to the wall disperser. There's shampoo, conditioner & shower gel.

The bath counter tops is set at the same height as the kitchen counter. It's slightly higher than you may find elsewhere. You won't need to bend over as much.

The drop-leaf table seats four and there's adequate table service for a dinner for four.
