Surrounded by two beautiful beach parks, this ocean front home named Ka Wiliwiliwai
(the turning waters) sits on the beach tip of Ma'ili Point on the sunny west shore
of Oahu. It is the perfect vacation getaway spot. Large walled private yard ensures
privacy and safety for family and friends. It features a landscaped 1/2 acre flat
lot with lots of grass for outdoor games and lounging. This home sits right on a
sandy beach and is excellent for continuous views of sunsets and sunrises, sunning,
swimming, snorkeling, diving, and turtle and whale watching. During the winter
months, watch and enjoy world class surfing just offshore all from the outdoor lanai. Certain times of the year may also bring less sand to the beach allowing for small tide pools for children to discover small fish and other ocean life.


In addition to a terrific spot for family and friends to relax and enjoy the day, Ka Wiliwiliwai is the premier location for small weddings (no more than 25 people) or commitment ceremonies with its beautifully landscaped areas and picture perfect ocean background all while being surrounded by beautiful dramatic mountain scapes.

This wonderful home has two sections to it, the Main House and the Guest House which are connected by an outdoor breezeway. We have accommodated large groups sleeping up to 14 people (8 privately). The main house has 2 bedrooms with one full bath between them. The ocean view room has a King size bed and the other has a Cal-King bed and the living room has a king size daybed for afternoon naps and relaxing. The guest-house has 2 more bedrooms with another full bath. The ocean view room has a Queen bed and the other room has 2 Twin beds that can be pushed together making it king sized. The guest-house living room has a queen and full size sleeper/futon sofa bed. Also on the property is a semi- private outdoor warm water shower great when rising off from the ocean or as an extra shower for overnight guests.

30 minutes from downtown Honolulu and 40 minutes from Waikiki and Diamond Head

5-10 minutes from grocery, local restaurants, fast food and Ko Olina Resort and Golf Course and “Hawaiian Waters” water amusement park.

30 minutes away from Costco

10-15 minutes from popular restaurants, K-Mart, etc. located in Kapolei.


Golf:

Ko Olina Resort course is 6 miles east (back towards town)
Makaha West and East courses. About 6 miles west off of Farrington Hwy. Take Makaha Valley Rd. towards mountains and you'll first run into the East course with the West course a 1/2 mile or so further.
Kapolei golf course is about 10 minutes away in the city of Kapolei
Waikele golf course is 20 minutes away in the city of Waikele located behind Waikele Factory Stores.
