There are three ways to find the vacation rental that's perfect for you. If you know where you'd like to go but are flexible on your dates, you can browse by area. If you've already picked your dates, you can search by date. Finally, if you know the name of the property you'd like to stay at, or if you've spoken with one of our call center representatives and gotten a list of property numbers to look at, you can search by property number or name.

To browse by area, choose the island you'd like to visit from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. You will be taken to the main page for that island. On the island page, you'll see a map of the island (center), a selection of Featured Properties (right), and a list of cities or areas on that island where Vacationhosts.com, LLC has properties available for rent (left). Choose the area you'd like to visit to be taken to the page for that area and view our list of properties.

On the upper-right-hand side of every page on our site is a link that says "Search". Click on this link to be taken to our main search page. The top half of that page is our availability search (search by date). Select your arrival date and either the number of nights/weeks you wish to stay or your departure date to view a list of properties that are available for those dates. If you want to, you can also narrow down the search to properties in your preferred location and/or that are capable of housing the number of people in your party. If you want to narrow down the search even further, you can click on "more search options". Note: Don't see what you want? Only those properties that can be booked online will appear in the search results. We have many more properties that may be available. The bottom half of this page is our property search (search by property number or name). If you have spoken with one of our call center representatives via phone or email, and they have given you some property numbers to look at, enter these numbers one at a time in the box marked "Property Code". If you know the name of the property you want to stay at, enter all or part of it into the box marked "Property Name" to search for properties with names that match.

When you select a property from an area list or your search results, you'll be taken to the webpage for that property. On this page you'll find pictures of the property, a longer description, rate information, amenities, and booking rules (minimum stay, maximum occupants, etc.). If the property can be booked online, you'll see a form on the right-hand side of the page inviting you to "Check Availability and Book Online". This form is the first step to reserving your vacation rental with Vacationhosts.com, LLC. If it cannot be booked online, the form will ask you to "Check Availability and Request a Reservation", and will take you to a contact form where you can give us details about your planned trip and let our call center representatives find out whether the property is available and contact you. Booking a property online with 1-800-754-0905/808-695-9536 is as easy and painless as shopping at your favorite online store! If a property can be booked online, you'll see a form on the right-hand side of the property page inviting you to "Check Availability and Book Online". This form is the first step to reserving your vacation rental with Vacationhosts.com, LLC. If it cannot be booked online, the form will ask you to "Check Availability and Request a Reservation", and will take you to a contact form where you can give us details about your planned trip and let our call center representatives find out whether the property is available and contact you. If you don't want to book online or need more information about the property before booking, you can always contact us by phone at 1-800-754-0905/808-695-9536 or email at support@vacationhosts.com.

To check the availability of a property from its webpage, enter your dates and the number of adults and children in your party, and click "Check It!". If the property is available, you will immediately be taken to a page that lets you view the rate summary for your stay and enter your reservation and payment information. If it is not available, you'll be taken to a page that suggests other properties that are available for those dates and allows you to search the property for other dates. If the property cannot be booked online, you'll be taken to a form you can fill out to request that one of our call center representatives check availability for you.

Once you're on the reservation page, completing your reservation is easy. Just fill out the form with your name, address and contact information, indicate that you've read and agree to our terms and conditions, and enter the information for the credit card you wish to use. Because of our easy payment plan, you don't even have to worry about paying the entire amount up front, unless you're booking 30 days or less in advance. Vacationhosts.com, LLC requires only a deposit to be made at the time of booking, with additional payments spaced out in the time between booking and your arrival.

Vacationhosts.com, LLC will never charge your credit card without your permission. When a payment is due on your reservation, you will receive an email notifying you of the amount due and the due date. You can pay by check or money order, mailed to PMB 106 590 Farrington Hwy #210 Kapolei, HI 96707, or arrange to have us charge your credit card for the amount. To charge a payment to your credit card, go to our payment page and enter your reservation information and the amount to charge, or email us at support@vacationhosts.com with your ICA number (found on the invoice you received at booking) and the amount to charge. DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We will charge the amount to the credit card we have on file for you. If you want to charge your payment to a different credit card, call us at 1-800-754-0905/808-695-9536 to arrange payment.

So your plans have changed, and now you need to leave a few days earlier than you thought. Maybe one of your traveling companions decided not to go, or someone who wasn't coming along originally decided to join you. Just call us at 1-800-754-0905/808-695-9536 or email support@vacationhosts.com. We will do everything we can to accommodate your changes at your original property, but sometimes the property you originally booked with will not be available for your new dates, or will be unable to accommodate the new number of guests. In those cases we will be happy to place you at another property or, with your permission, split your party to house some guests at a nearby property. A nominal administrative fee may apply to changes to your reservation.
